December 29, 2002 -- Mac Mellor writing -- the councilor is Beaver Knight, a classmate of mine at Taft. He and I were both recruited in summer 1957 by Leslie Manning (The Beezer) who taught romance languages (or just Spanish?) at Taft. Beaver was in Tent 3 and I in Tent 5. Our mutual inexperience led to many consultations re counciling.
